A Birthday Party for Gracie (the dog)

Tonight we celebrated my sister and Brian's dog Gracie's first birthday!  I didn't take any photos but I did want to remember a few of the random ideas for the little impromptu celebration my family had.

• Vanilla birthday cake (dogs can't have chocolate) with paw prints and balloons as the frosting decor
• Quesadillas cut into dog bone shapes
• Presents including: a new leash, a dog tricks book, and a plush cupcake dog toy
• A "7" on the top of the cake instead of the "1" because one year is seven dog years :-)

It was very cute!

I do have this photo of them with the dogs from last November, Gracie is on the right and Susie (Susan) is on the left.
