One Saturday morning last month, we all got up at the crack of dawn to make our way to Corcoran for Hannah's very first swimming finals. Her relay team qualified and we thought it was a great opportunity for her to see the magnitude of an event like swimming finals.
There were 25 swim teams represented from all over the Central Valley. It was HUGE!! Once we found the Sanger team, it was time to hop right in to pool for warm up and then Hannah's event was pretty much right away. It was a nice little 45 minute stay for us and Hannah swam for about 35 seconds :-) Still, a great experience!

Walking over to the event.
Heading to the blocks!
And... I have none of her actually in the pool. We were in the bleachers, and there were just to many people in the way, but her team got third place in the third heat. I know that is not the best of the best, but to go from crying on her first trip across the pool to swimming in finals in a matter of months it is hard to be dissappointed by the outcome.
So, so proud of you Hannah and all of your swimming accomplishments this summer!!
