I have a love and appreciation for the 'hipstamatic' app available on the iPhone. It gives you a few options with lenses and stuff, but basically the idea is that you are taking photos with an old hipstamatic camera. The way the colors and light hit your subject can produce some pretty wacky results, and I am never quite sure exactly how the photos will turn out. It reminds me of poloriod-style photos. The idea, for me, IS that it looks old. As if we are taking the photo IN the 70's or 80's :)

Haha! When I wrote that I was thinking 'old technology' or old in terms of cameras... but when I reread it it does sound like I am calling the 70's and 80's old... so not intentional ;)
