**I know it is Christmas eve, but at the sake of getting caught up, I am going to continue to post everything in the order it has happened. Someday I will be caught up! :-) I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas!!!**
Hannah's Kindergarten class took a field trip to Hillcrest pumpkin patch in Reedly (about 30 minutes from Clovis). We have been to Hillcrest a few times, so I knew they did a good job and the kids would have a lot of fun.
First they sit in a little amphitheater and hear a story about how pumpkins grow. Then they head across a rickety bridge and through some little playhouses to get to a hayride. After the hayride, they pick out a pumpkin, take some group photos then head back to school. Fun stuff!
I opted to not be a chaperone for this field trip, and Brooke and I just met the bus at the pumpkin patch. I actually liked this option because I wasn't put in charge of five other kiddos and could focus on Hannah and the fun stuff she was doing. I don't know, is that cheating?? Having the fun of the field trip without the responsibility?? Considering their was a lottery to be chosen to chaperone on the field trip I am not feeling too badly about it ;)
