that is tough for me. That's okay though because it is almost bedtime and I am just slightly over for the day.
Last week was a major success for me in terms of my journey to a healthy lifestyle. After the second or third day, my body got used to consuming fewer calories. I started doing a workout video at home, and to tell the truth it wasn't too bad. I really had never found a video that challenged me like my trips to the gym and the aerobics classes there. Last week there was a deal on a number of the Biggest Loser videos and I took advantage. While I do think it will be great to utilize the videos, I am planning on heading back to the gym as soon as (A) the masses leave and (B) I get a little more used to fewer calories each day. I am looking forward to cardio kickboxing...
And in other news... we are finally back to the full routine this week. Hannah is back to preschool and dance. I am looking for a new class for Claire as her gym class ends this week and I am not looking to reenroll her where we were going.... buisness as usual :)
