Since you all well know I have been doing Weight Watchers, I am happy to share a few of my absolute FAVORITE 1 POINT snacks! Just to give you a frame of reference for those that don't know about the program, you are allotted a certain number of "POINTS" per day. This amount varies based on your current weight, height, activity level, etc. To give you an idea, I get 23 POINTS per day and John gets 39 POINTS per day. There are various other factors that play into your food intake, but as you can imagine low POINTS valued foods are a precious thing. Especially ones that taste good and satisfy.
So, here are a few of my favorites...
* Oroweat Sandwich thins.
These little guys are great! They look like an english muffin and a pita pocket combined. They come already cut in half and are perfect for a morning egg sandwich, a lunchmeat sandwich, or just as a snack with the cheese I am showing below.
I have found these at a great price and even on blackline clearance at the Oroweat outlet and freeze them to use as I need them!

These guys kind of remind me of cream cheese. Seriously super yummy! I found these for a pretty great price at Costco. I have been adding them to the bread above with some jelly...mmmmm!
Ok, so the picture shown is not the exact product I have been getting, but it is close. The ones I have gotten are Mango Peach flavored and come drizzled with a yogurt sauce. They are gone within a day of being purchased. Unfortunately they are a little pricey at $2.99 for 5, but are well worth it! Oh, these can only be purchased at Target, as it is their brand.
