The girlies got me a beautiful plant decoration and a card, John planted some lilys that he thought I wouldn't notice :) {however, I did notice immediately} and we had some Tappan-yaki at Tokyo Steakhouse.
... and then here was the attempt at a Mother's day photo...
And finally, I have to add for posterity, on the right of the photo you will see a red Japanese Maple. This tree is John's third child that has been carefully tended to and is finally thriving. Isn't it pretty?
