Only here...

We have no fall. Fresno doesn't get THAT cold in winter, but it went from 90 degrees to 65 in all of one day. Don't get me wrong, I am all for cooler weather, but gradually would make me happier. Neither of my kids slept the full night last night, their jammies were not warm enough I guess.

It did force me to pull out the fall/ winter clothing and finally purge and inventory what we had... which led me to the realization that neither of the girls has sufficient clothing to get them to Christmas. Which then made me upset that I didn't do a better job of shopping the sales at the end of last winter. So, now I am on the bargain hunt for some cute winter clothes. I did find two sweaters and two 'fall-ish' skirts and a pair of leggings at The Children's Place for quite a bargain today... 30% off the clearence price, and another 15% coupon! Also, while searching through the things I did buy last season, I found some really great things I had forgotten about, including a pair of shoes for Claire (which fit her just perfectly)... score!
