I am by no means a huge baseball fan, but how cool is this? Our Fresno State Bulldogs Baseball Team is in the College World Series! It is so cool to watch guys from your hometown doing so well in a national championship game. In fact, if they win they will make history, being the lowest ranked team in ANY sport (NCAA or professional) to win a championship!
So, we have been really into these games. They are down one game in a best of three series, and tonight's game might be rained out. So, I guess I know what we will be doing tomorrow night too...:)
***UPDATE*** (6/25) They WON the whole thing! It was really exciting, and the best part to me is the community support. We took a walk after the game and every neighbor we saw outside was excited and chattering about the win. So, the Fresno State Bulldogs are the CWS National Champions!
